Meet The Team

 Vicki  joined the Alpine staff full time on April 1st (again, no joke!) of 2005. Vicki is the Office Manager.  Being an owner of the company, you will also see Vicki conducting closings, marketing, and doing anything else that needs to be done.

 Matt graduated from Franklin Pierce Law Center (now UNH Law School) in 1997 and after working as an associate attorney for another firm started Alpine Title Services on April 1st (no joke!) of 2002. Matt is our attorney on staff and happy to help with every legal question large or small, he is admitted to the New Hampshire, Maine and Vermont Bar.

Cathy opened Alpine's doors with Matt in 2002 and they quickly learned this business would take more than two people. Cathy has performed all duties involved in a real estate transaction from start to finish including opening and processing files, abstracting titles, closing transactions disbursing and post closing files.

Jeanne joined Alpine in April of 2015. She has over 25 years of experience working as a title abstractor and has searched titles in Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island.

​Jodi joined Alpine Title in 2010 in a post-closing role and later transitioned to processing files. As the company grew and expanded, she was promoted to her current position as team lead of the transaction team, where she oversees all aspects of the closing process from start to finish. Jodi leverages her expertise in the industry and strong customer service skills to ensure each transaction is handled efficiently. During peak times of the year, she also supports operations at the closing table.

Jess joined the team in September 2019, bringing experience from the restaurant industry. Jess opens new orders, assists with ongoing projects, prepares necessary documents, and is always ready to help wherever she can.

Desi transitioned from the retail industry to Alpine Title Services in the height of the COVID boom in the spring of 2021. Desi quickly became an asset to our team of Closing Coordinators, gathering information to prepare our closings. Without hesitation, Desi displayed her eagerness to learn, coupled with her excellent customer service skills, she was able to prepare the necessary paperwork needed to get files to the closing table with confidence and a smile.
