Meet the Team
CATHY CLAY, Post Closing Coordinator: Cathy opened Alpine's doors with Matt in 2002 and they quickly learned this business would take more than two people. Cathy has performed all duties involved in a real estate transaction from start to finish including opening and processing files, abstracting titles, closing transactions disbursing and post closing files. She is now responsible for resolving title issues, issuing our title insurance policies and post closing. Cathy knows Alpine inside and out and is always willing to help out where ever needed. JANEY HILLIARD, Closing Support: Janey joined the Alpine staff in January of 2016. Janey came to us from the resort industry and easily transitioned into our main receptionist answering and directing calls and greeting visitors and clients at the office. When she's not directing callers or visitors, Janey is opening our new orders and helping out with files in progress. Contact: firstname.lastname@example.org
CRYSTA NORMANDIN, Closing Support: Crysta came on board at Alpine in October of 2015 as our front office coordinator. With a busy market we realized we needed to expand our staff and Crysta moved on to the Closing Support position she now holds. Learning very quickly, Crysta works closely with Jodi processing all of our cash/private transactions although you may see her covering the front desk or helping out with phones. JODI PERRY, Closing Coordinator: Jodi dove head first into a career in real estate at Alpine in April of 2010 after many years in a local school system as a Special Education teacher. Jodi processes all of our cash/private transactions with Crysta and you may find her at a closing table as needed, especially on busy Fridays! Contact: firstname.lastname@example.org
BAILEY WEEGAR, Security: Bailey joined the Alpine staff in 2013. With an office that loves pups, she had big paws to fill. You will find her on high alert for security purposes in Vicki's office, unless, of course, she has had a rough day and needs a nap.
MATTHEW WEEGAR, Owner/Attorney: Matt is a native of Maine and after a number of years in law enforcement in both Maine and New Hampshire, Matt decided to go to law school. Matt graduated from Franklin Pierce Law Center (now UNH Law School) in 1997 and after working as an associate attorney for another firm started Alpine Title Services on April 1st (no joke!) of 2002. Matt is our attorney on staff and happy to help with every legal question large or small, he is admitted to the New Hampshire, Maine and Vermont Bar. Contact: email@example.com
VICKI WEEGAR, Owner/Office Manager: Vicki is a native of NH and after 22 years in banking and working part-time for Alpine toward the end of that, Vicki gave in to Matt's pleading and joined the Alpine staff full time on April 1st (again, no joke!) of 2005. Vicki is the Office Manager and processes all of our financed transactions. Being an owner of the company, you will also see Vicki conducting closings, marketing, and doing anything else that needs to be done. Contact: firstname.lastname@example.org
KATE YOUNG, Closing Coordinator: Kate joined Alpine in July of 2008. Prior to joining Alpine, Kate worked at various law offices working in many different areas of law, but primarily real estate law. Kate's main responsibilities at Alpine are overseeing our title work and title insurance, however, you will see her coordinating and conducting commercial closings, preparing documents and jumping in to help any place else she can. LISA DAVIS, Closing Support: Lisa jumped on board with Alpine in March of 2017 bringing 14 years of title work background with her between New Hampshire and Florida, she quickly helped with our title work load making the office more efficient and has also stepped in at the closing table when needed. With her personality and the bonus of having experience in the industry, Lisa was an easy and much welcome addition to our staff.
GRACE WEEGAR, Security: As the office staff has grown, it was decided we needed additional security so Grace joined our staff in 2017. She is a strong back up to Bailey you will find her quietly surveying the office from Vicki's office unless it is her turn for a nap.
MIRANDA BAPTISTE, Closing Support: Miranda came on board at Alpine in September of 2017 and very quickly and efficiently took over our post closing duties. Compared to the retail world she came from, she loves the daily challenges of this position as no two days are ever the same. When Miranda is not working on post closing duties, she has no problem stepping in to help with the processing of files.
JEANNE FRENCH, Abstractor: Jeanne joined Alpine in April of 2015 after moving to Conway from Massachusetts. She has over 25 years of experience working as a title abstractor and has searched titles in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire and Maine. She is primarily working on Carroll County titles, helping out with other counties as needed.
KELLEY ILACQUA, Marketing/Closing Agent: Kelley joined Alpine in April of 2017 and she is developing business in the North Country. You will find Kelley out and about, at closings, at Realtor meetings and at a closing table. Contact: firstname.lastname@example.org

HOLLY STEARNS, Closing Support: Holly came to Alpine from the banking industry in April of 2017 and quickly settled in and began running with files. Holly works closely with Vicki on financed transactions but no one is surprised to find her helping with post closing, covering a closing or stepping in smooth over any hiccups to keep any transaction on course.
